If you ever want to appreciate a California spring, live in northern Idaho. We had a wonderful week of visiting with family and friends these past few days. Klaas and Hazel were super duper travelers, with barely a fuss in sight. And Jason and I daydreamed about living back down somewhere where it's warm in April and where we can run around in sandals.
