Kitchen

We got a wonderfully huge box of oranges from Jason's family in California. Imagine this entire basket overflowing. That was just a few days ago. Thanks to our little one's love of "re" (that's "orange" in Hazel-speak) the stock has been diminished.

I finally put up my plates. My mother-in-law gave me the printed plates last year sometime after I had said I liked them (how very awesome of her) and about 18 months later, I hung them on my wall. I'm still trying to decide if the big yellow bird plate on the left is scary. I couldn't really tell when I saw them online how large his eye is. Hmmm... Either way, Hazel loves them and wants to climb up the wall to touch them all the time.

Speak of the devil, here's that little one. All cute and blond, like always.

The big yellow plate is a bit scary. I did find a couple really cute bird plates for you at Schemper's a couple of weeks ago. I didn't know when was a good time to give them to you, so you can decide at the end of May when you are here.

Not as scary as you used to think a red-tailed hawk was! Anyway- they look great!
