Something's cooking...

Jason is so dedicated.

So it's June, right? And it rained yesterday. It was beautiful and everything is so green and lush right now it was just perfect. Except for my poor husband being out in the rain creating a cover for the bar-b-que with aluminum foil.

We were having people over and making kebabs and of course it rains since we want to grill them. But Jason managed to get it working and all cooking and whatever you do with a grill. (I just supervise and make sure he doesn't get soot all over the apartment.) He spent about an hour outside with the grill and the coals and bless him for that.

I made some delicious (if I do say so myself) Persian rice with cranberries, very similar to the rice Tom's mom made all the time. Thank you Joy of Cooking.

Speaking of Tom, I found him on MySpace. Here's a link to his website.

Thought about the wedding and good Persian food today. Can't wait for my leftovers when Jason's home from Jiu Jitsu. More about that later.

Help! You have links to everyone's blog or MySpace except your own!

I'll post my MySpace link when I get off of work. Or you could search for Elizabeth in Moscow, Idaho.
