Ah, egg salad sandwiches. Fantastic! The eggs must be of the right age. When perfect, the yokes have a soft redolent air of sulfurous products. The right amount of Dijon mustard must be blended with Best Foods mayonnaise and folded into the properly diced hard-boiled eggs. The bread must be fresh and made with high gluten flower to add the necessary stretchy quality that makes this a most wonderful repast!
