We had another great St. Patrick's Day last weekend. A house full of friends and lots of delicious food (corned beef, roasted cabbage with fennel seed, roasted potatoes and carrots, colcannon stuffed potatoes, green salad, soda bread, chocolate Guinness cake, and lots of delicious drinks). A seriously good time. I just wish I had taken some pictures, but you know how that goes.
