Jason surprised me this weekend with a new lens for our camera. It's a 50 mm that's really great for low light and up close shots. Perfect for our little apartment which can be a little dark and for our little subjects. It's a fixed-focus lens, so it can be hard to get both Hazel and Klaas in the same picture and in focus. I need to start reading up some more on our lenses and camera and how to take great shots. One of our friends who took Hazel's 6 month pictures takes beautiful photographs of her kiddos and I want to be able to do the same with ours.

Wow nice new lens. And I like that your kids are looking more like twins everyday.
My favorite pic is the one with Klaas in the doll stroller! Hazel seems to be saying "silly Mama always with the camera!" Love it!
