Has it really been a whole year since Hazel came into our lives?It is completely amazing how God takes a little tiny group of cells and turns them into a baby in 9 months and it's mind-melting how much that tiny helpless babe turn into a little person in just one year! A year ago today a little one was entrusted to us. And now she's crawling, not really considering walking as a viable mode of transportation, eating basically anything we put in front of her, and giggling at her silly dada. Tomorrow is her little birthday bash, so pictures soon to come from that!
Amazing. That's all I have to say. And that we love her so much I worry that we might squish her.

Wow, I can't believe she is already one! Time sure does fly. She was such a cute newborn and now she is an even cuter one-year old! I can't wait to see her again when you come to California. Happy 1st Birthday Hazel!!!
ahhh, happy birthday hazel! You now are joining the parental ranks that clamor "it goes so fast".
