Not wasted! They were very educational. And you got to get laundry done and such. :)

Oh my Liz. You should see the smile on my face. How old were you when these were on?? I was maybe in first or second grade. Mary did you really let her watch Bloodhound Gang as a three year old? Hah! Love it.

No- she must have been older than that! The other mind-rotter was "Saved by the Bell" What was I thinking?

I think I must have been 4ish when I first saw it. This theme song is familiar to me - and it says it was through 1986 (when I was 4). And the Bloodhound Gang was probably what got me so in love with mysteries. Except there was one episode about a ghost that completely freaked me out. But I also think they ran a lot of these as re-runs from when I was 4-7ish.

And Saved By the Bell - I have to agree - probably did rot my brain. But the Bloodhound Gang and 321 Contact were educational!

And until we were older (in our Saved By the Bell days) - you only let us watch Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, and 321 Contact - you weren't a bad mom! :)

"Saved By The Bell" is still on during the day you know! I remember Bloodhound Gang kinda freaked me out. When they were solving mysteries I actually got kinda worked up about it.
