Attempted my first loaf of wheat bread. Didn't turn out all that great. I think I need to knead the bread more and get more of the air bubbles out.
Started working on some presents for some lovely people, but of course I can't show you the pictures otherwise they'd know what they're getting.
Discovered some venison in our freezer, courtesy of James, Jason's co-worker and avid hunter.
Read Curious George and the Baby Bunny to Hazel. She loved it.
Made Hazel laugh (sort of) for the first time. Blowing raspberries is hilarious.
Enjoyed some eggplant parmesean and a nice glass of red wine with Jason. Perfect fall evening.
Except now Jason is out back cleaning out the Luv in preparation for someone to come check it out. Who knows, we might be rid of the beast soon!
Here are some pictures of the babe and Amaanda last Saturday. She is modeling the adorable sweater Corinne and Amaanda found at the thrift store.

sounds like a good day was had by all and thanks for sharing the cute photos of Hazel...isn't it just the cutest when they really learn to laugh and raspberries have to be the best way of doing that!
Thanks for the update- looking forward to hearing of the continuing progress toward genius of your daughter (of course, I'm a little biased). By Thanksgiving she should be ready for Amelia Bedelia at least!
