365 days of cheese!
My friend just showed me this site and it looks great! Each day a different cheese is described, discussed, and digested.
I would love to do this, but I'm afraid it would get a little expensive. So I shall live vicariously through Mr. Kirk Samuels for now.

You should still blog about it...I'm sure you have a more in-depth understanding of the website than I do.
It would hurt the wallet as well as the waistline.
