who we are

elizabeth i live in northern idaho and try to bless my husband with my humble homemaking skills. i enjoy being mama to hazel, klaas, casper, and baby girl, cooking, baking, sewing, quilting, craft blogging, reading mysteries, and all things northern californian.

jason also lives in northern idaho. he enjoys carpentry, listening to johnny cash, wondering why his wife likes to read mysteries so much, and adoring all four kiddos. he is currently researching school bus renovations so that we can become nomadic hippies.

hazel enjoys doing her math lessons, reading Thatcher Hurd books, helping in the garden, and skipping at Irish Step class.

klaas enjoys helping in the kitchen, reading anything about motorcycles and bugs, and helping Dad build things.

casper is a chatterbox, loves to sneak stuffing out of pillows and stuffed animals, and is very sad to ever be left out of anything.

baby shoe 4 is due to arrive late june and likes to swim around inside mama.
