They are setting up a phone helpline for distraught teenagers who might be upset by the loss of some main characters in the final Harry Potter book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
(By the way...excited about the upcoming conclusion of the book series! But I do not think I will need counseling to get over a fictional character's death. But I will keep you posted.)

It comes out the day after my burfday! Guess where I will be at 11:55pm to celebrate my 23rd birthday...at a Barnes and Noble or Borders...waiting in line to get one of the first copies!!!
I may need counseling for that idea however...
