I'm about 85 pages into it and I like it so far. It's about the residents of 44 Scotland Street: a 20 year old girl working part-time at an art gallery, a narcissistic (probably spelled that wrong) realtor, and a 61-year-old widow. So far it's interesting, but I think it's one of those novels that's about people and their lives, not quite sure what's going to happen next. The interesting thing is that McCall Smith wrote it as a newspaper serial in "The Scotsman" newspaper in Edinburgh. So, so far, it's good.

"44 Scotland Street," eh? Good book? I'm always on the look out for new books.
