When renting videos, do not, under any circumstances, rent one that claims to be a "lighthearted, nimble-footed movie that whips the unlikely musical-comedy subject of a labor/managment dispute into a bouyant, romantic delight!"
It's almost as though the writers were thinking, "Let's see.....musical about a mailman, no too dull. Musical about a nun, wait, didn't someone already do that? I know! A musical about unions, and wage increases, and safe working conditions! That'll be a hoot! Grab a pencil!"
So tip #38927 is: do not rent The Pajama Game.
