Tonight I'm making ratatouille sandwiches for dinner. Jason's excited because it involves goat cheese. I'm excited because it involves goat cheese, garlic, and bread (......and veggies...basically the whole recipe). Check it out on the Moscow Foodies site!
*Disclaimer: Since basically none of the ingredients are in season, this isn't the cheapest meal right now in February. So I think I'm going to save this as a summer recipe, to be made every week. It was that good.
I also have the ingredients to make Cat's pumpkin lasagna next week. Can't wait to try it.
