Inspired by by friend's weekly menu postings, here is what we're having tonight.
Red Split Lentils with Cabbage and Indian Spiced Cauliflower and Potatoes with a scallion yogurt dressing. I found the recipes here, at the Smitten Kitchen site. Almost everything I've tried from here is delicious!
And I'm going to try Panang Curry later this week I think. Indian Week I guess.
*Update: Delicious! And super filling. Even Jason was full.

That Panang recipe is the same one I use. We love it. If you can't find any off the ingredients, I would love to share mine.
