Phillips Farm Open House

A park north of town has a fall open house every September, so we mosied on up there on Saturday with some friends to check it out. The girls got to go on a hayride, have their faces painted, watch cider pressing, and even pet a frog!

A little accordian music and its appreciative fans.

Checking out the newt and frogs on a little nature walk.

Orange frog legs.

Hazel actually sitting still while having a doggy painted on her face.

The finished products: a slightly crooked dog and a butterfly.

Cute girl.

Apples for a cider-pressing demonstration. Hazel and Lily were fascinated. I think Hazel is ready

Apple inspector.

Pigtails!

I love hayrides.

Taking in the views of the Palouse.

The boys enjoying their hayride.
