On Saturday I went to a brunch for the women from our church and it was great! Nancy Wilson spoke on a few different topics, and it was really encouraging to have her talk to the group about finding the importance in the sometimes little things we do as wives. It's always nice, especially since (I'll admit it) I get tired at times with working full-time and attempting to keep up with the housework. Of course Jason is a huge help, but I always feel such a sense of accomplishment if I can keep the house clean all week and be at work. So, it was nice to have an older and wiser woman encourage me to keep on keeping on and to remember that the things we do at home has an impact on our families and our community.
Today's little thought....

I hear you - it does get hard to find time to do the necessary stuff (let alone the artsy-craftsy stuff!) when you work. I'm glad Mrs. Wilson had good stuff to say about that.
