I absolutely don't understand...

how Halloween could possibly surpass Christmas as the holiday consumers spend the most money on. Say someone has 20 people to buy Christmas presents for and they spend only $20 each. That's $400. Not to mention parties, food, etc...

Halloween is a holiday where you go out and buy some candy to hand out to the kids and maybe a pumpkin or two.

But I guess there's a trend now to throw elaborate Halloween parties and adults are really getting into it. Not that this is news; I've heard about this for the past couple of years. It just doesn't make sense to me. But that's just me.

i absolutely hate halloween liz (and jason). i don't get the whole big halloween party thing either. plus i don't get why people would dedicate a day to children getting all wired on candy and being scared. how dumb. bah. ok uplifting note, kenny took 3 steps by himself yesterday. yay! then he fell down and cried. silly boy. love u guys!
