totally off subject liz...but i've found out something interesting.
this town...makes California Rolls totally wrong! (Did you know this? Did you discover this when you were here?? How could you have forgotten to tell me!!)
They include cucumber!! EEEEWWWWW. gross. And many of them make it a vegiterian choice by taking out the crab meat (real or fake).
According to the Canadian and Mexican roomies, thats they way theirs is too.
So that means that everyone else is making them the same, while California itself is doing something completly different (and much tastier of course!) than everyone else...
But yet, everyone want's to try and be like us in still using the name...but they continue to do it wrong.
Interesting.
Another reason why us west coasters should stay on our coast. And those strange left coasters need to stay on theirs.
